Hi everyone, it has been awhile since we
posted any news concerning the band, but
we have been very busy trying to get the
new disc wrapped up (more on that
later). There have been some changes
within the band and we wanted to make
sure that everything was set in stone
before going public with it.
Personnel changes:
Due to a difference in artistic vision,
Halloween and Donny Allen have decided
to part ways. Donny has been a staple in
this band for over 16 years and we love
him like a brother, he will always be
family and we hope the best for him.
Good luck Donny.
Mourning Sun/NightCreature guitarist
extraordinaire Don Guerrier and Abandon
axeslinger Shawn Moore have joined the
band. After only one rehearsal with
these two, we were blown away by how
great it sounded, and we are very
excited by the possibilities that are
already starting to present themselves.
We can't wait to get this new line up
out for some shows, we know you will be
just as blown away as we are.

MOURNING SUN Shut Down Main Website

MOURNING SUN's Chuck Zuber has issued the following update:
"After two years of paying for a 'main' website, we realized
that our free 'MySpace' webpage was generating more hits,
and interest than anything we were paying for... that and
the fact that our host server can't seem to prevent web spam
from irritating our guests we are shutting down our
involvement.
So, for all future posts and updates regarding Mourning Sun,
please refer to our MySpace link -

MOURNING SUN Return To The Studio

After finishing the final date of their 2006 tour, MOURNING
SUN will now return to the studio to begin recording the
follow up to their 2006 releases Omnium Finis Imminet and
The End Is Imminent, both released as seperate albums on the
same date, but considered a double disc set.
Says Chuck Zuber, "We hope to complete recording by
Christmas, and start our 2007 tour in january by expanding
our ear pounding old school metal approach to the rest of
the world!"

Hey F*ckers!
It's me again.
The little guitarist that want's to.
And I will.
But first...
Mourning Sun audiences will be wondering, "Hey, didn't that guy used to
have hair?"
as the follicly challenged one (me) strolls out onto the stage to take
up where Sir Randall left off.
Randy was dismissed from the group at the end of April for...?.hell...I
don't really know myself.....
Anyway, they called me and asked if I would like to make some noise with
them and I said, "sure..." (in Steven Wright fashion)
So after two rehearsals and too many energy drinks - the big hairy beast
known as Mourning Sun is priming up for another assault on an
unsuspecting Motor City. (who da thunk it?)
With the first strike being at TNT's Bar on the corner of 15 mile and
Harper in Clinton Township on Friday June 16th. For more info go
